Villa La Brenta, ideal as a wedding or event venue, facilities accomodate as many as 200 diners on extensive terraces overlooking vineyards and gardens. Multiple options exist for ceremony sites- within the vineyard, vine covered Pergola, or from terraces of the Villa itself. Constructed to function as a Wine Country Inn, the villa serves special event needs–both business and private–with its generous terraces, gardens,conference rooms and spectacular views complemented by the ambience of the architectural inspiration.

Vineyard Wedding or Event
Includes for up to 200 people:

Upper vineyard Open Air ceremony area (10,000 Square Feet)
Two deluxe changing rooms with full Baths (390 Square Feet Each)
One changing room with 1/4 bath (50 Square Feet)

Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) — $3,000

Weekends (Friday & Sunday) — $3500
Weekends (Saturday) — $4000
Over 200 add $10 for each additional person

Can accommodate 150 people

Ideal for birthday party’s and company or family gatherings, a scenic site for small casual weddings. Combine with indoor dressing room amenities package for an additional $2000.
As a total wedding site package $3000

RESERVING A DATE
After choosing the area of the Villa La Brenta that you intend to use, a booking agreement will be sent to you. We request that this agreement be signed and returned along with the initial deposit within 7 days of its receipt. Check or credit card will be posted to your account. Once paid, deposits are nonrefundable. Villa La Brenta will cooperate closely with your coordinators ensuring the success of your event.

Catering is entirely off-site. Kitchen service is not available. Caterers must be licensed and approved by Villa La Brenta prior to your booked event. All tables, chairs, linen, silver, decorations, flowers, setup and take down are the responsibility of event or wedding coordinators and catering service.

Musical entertainment must end by 10:00 PM. Musicians and DJ’s must be approved by Villa La Brenta prior to your booked event.

Decoration must be approved by Staff prior to installation. Items may not be
attached to any stationary wall, floor, ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other
material.
